Croyez handles its products with great care. We aim to ship every order within 1 to 2 business days, depending on your country. All Croyez orders are shipped with DHL and include a Track & Trace code .
For orders over €90, there are no shipping costs . For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €4.95 . Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the Track & Trace code. If a product is out of stock, we will let you know.
It is not permitted to combine multiple orders in a single return. If this does occur, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service.
How does a return work?
You may return your order within 30 days at your own expense in the original packaging, provided it meets our return policy.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks and other similar items cannot be returned or exchanged unless a clear defect is present. We therefore advise you to carefully check the size and style before placing your order.
To encourage a more sustainable approach to returns, a small surcharge of €0.50 per item will be charged when you return four or more items . Together, we strive for a lower environmental impact and a more responsible future.

Please keep the "proof for customer" sticker. This is your proof of shipment.
The return costs are €5.50.
How long does it take to process my return?
Processing your return can take up to 14 business days after we receive it. Once your return has been processed, you'll automatically receive an email confirmation from our customer service team.
If you haven't received confirmation after 14 days, please contact us by email.
If you return your entire order and don't use our exchange service, you will be charged a €5.50 return shipping fee .

The refunded amount will then appear in your account under the name CROYEZ.
